Our Ningbo sheet metal facility handles everything from laser-cut blanks through to formed, assembled, and surface-treated parts. With our own press brakes, punching machines, and finishing lines, we deliver tight-tolerance sheet metal components for OEM buyers in Europe and North America.
Fabrication Capabilities
- Laser cutting: Flat sheet up to 3,000×1,500mm; 0.5mm-25mm thickness
- CNC press brake bending: Up to 3,000mm bending length; angle tolerance +/-0.5 degrees
- Punching and blanking: CNC turret punching for holes, louvers, and perforations
- Stamping: Progressive die and single-operation for medium-to-high volume parts
- Hardware insertion: Clinch nuts, studs, standoffs installed in-process
