Conwhole Hardware is a vertically integrated metal fabrication manufacturer based in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China. We supply custom precision metal components – laser-cut tubes, sheet metal assemblies, CNC-machined parts, and welded structures – to OEM buyers in Europe, North America, and global markets.

Who We Are

Conwhole Hardware was established to serve international OEM buyers who need a reliable, quality-documented metal fabrication source in China. Unlike trading companies, we are a direct factory – we own our building, our machines, and our people.

Our Ningbo facility houses the complete production chain under one roof: fiber laser tube cutting, CNC press brake bending, turret punch pressing, MIG/TIG/robotic welding, CMM inspection, and surface treatment. This integration is our core advantage: faster lead times, tighter cost control, and single-source accountability.

Our communication team is English-speaking, and our quality documentation is prepared to European export standards (EN 10204, ISO 5817, etc.).

Quality Management and Documentation

Our quality management system is built to bridge the distance between our Ningbo factory and your receiving dock through documentation, transparency, and process discipline.

Dimensional inspection report (100% or AQL sampling per order size)
Pre-shipment photo package (parts, packing, marking)
Packing list with individual part identification

DFM Feedback Included

We review every drawing for manufacturability before quoting. If we spot features that add unnecessary cost or risk, we flag them and suggest alternatives – at no charge.

Location and Logistics

Our factory is in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port is the world’s largest by cargo tonnage, offering frequent container services to all major European and North American ports.
